Local pickup — Fairbanks

Free. Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we'll follow up by email to arrange a time and place.

Standard shipping (US)

Flat rate of $8.00 anywhere in the United States, regardless of order size. We currently ship to US addresses only. Most orders leave within a few business days of being placed or paid; expect roughly 5–10 business days in transit after that, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, we'll email you with tracking information where available.

Returns & exchanges

Because our skin and home products are small-batch and, in the case of tea, a consumable food item, we're not able to accept returns once an item has shipped or been picked up, for hygiene and safety reasons.

That said — if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a reaction or quality concern, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund, evaluated case by case.

Order issues

Wrong address on file, need to change or cancel an order before it ships? Reach out as soon as possible — once an order has shipped or been prepared for pickup we may not be able to change it.
