Using this site

By browsing or ordering from The Lantern Herbarium, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them as the shop grows — the current version always governs, so check back if anything about your order seems unclear.

Products & descriptions

We describe our small-batch skin, tea, and home goods as accurately as we can, including ingredients and any known cautions. Natural variation between batches is normal. Nothing on this site is a substitute for professional medical advice — if you have a health condition, allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, check with a doctor before using a new product, and always read the full ingredient list first.

Orders & payment

Orders can be paid immediately by card (processed securely by Stripe) or, where offered, arranged as pay-later for local pickup or invoice. We'll confirm your order by email once it's placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, if pricing displayed in error, or if we can't verify a payment.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done through your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
